Choose from 3 different EV Charger Service Packs to keep your infrastructure always operational

Circontrol has prepared three different standard Service Packs available in the main markets where Circontrol is present. Contact us for more information to know if Circontrol’s Service Packs (Basic, Advance and Premium)  are available in your country. The list below presents part of the different services available in each pack. Please note that commissioning is covered in Circontrol’s Warranty Policy, so it is not included in this document. 

Prerequisites must be accepted and completed by both parties (Customer and Circontrol) to offer Service Packs. These are charger assessment and remote access availability.

Circontrol Warranty Explanation

Circontrol products are manufactured and distributed with standard warranty which covers the cost of the defective components or chargers (domestic AC) during the warranty period.

All the different electromobility product categories may be susceptible to a warranty extension. An extension of warranty must be ordered with the Product Order or during commissioning (when Warranty of the product is activated).
