Circontrol, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions manufacturer, presents its Service Portfolio to support its customer’s charging infrastructures. Recognising the importance of service, Circontrol provides its expertise to its customers offering comprehensive support to ensure that its charging infrastructure is always up and running. To this aim, the company has created different service packs available and a network of experts, as well as a warranty policy adapted to EV charger owners’ needs.

Simplifying EV Infrastructures

As electric mobility evolves and expands, from Circontrol they understand that EV charging infrastructure owners no longer need to be experts in this field. At Circontrol, which made its first charging station in 2008, they offer their expertise as an EV Charger manufacturer and charging solutions provider to help all their customers. During its more than 16 years of experience, more than 165.000 chargers have been installed, of which more than 5.000 were DC stations and Circontrol is present in more than 60 countries. In addition, the company has provided more than 190 training sessions to their different customers, representing more than 3.000 hours.

To help their customers in their path to green mobility, the company has launched three different service packs, which include preventive services and monitoring, remote and onsite support, spare parts stocking programs and various training levels, among others. This offer is combined with its warranty policy, which considers the commissioning and different options of warranty extension.
