Secondly, Cosmos facilitates the monitoring and remote control of the chargers. Administrators can locate and verify the status of chargers in real time through an interactive map, ensuring high service availability and remote control of each charging point.
This tool also allows for user subscription and management, creating personalised profiles to optimise the charging experience. Additionally, it provides detailed usage reports and can automatically issue invoices and configure tariffs, keeping customers informed about usage and costs. Since 2024, Cosmos can be accessed through a user-friendly app available for iOS and Android, allowing EV drivers to control charging from their mobile phones. Users can start, stop, and control the charging of their vehicles from anywhere with the new app.
For maintenance and diagnostics, Cosmos offers detailed reports on charger availability, average time of failures, and other key performance indicators. It also integrates its own ErrorDecoder, a tool that accelerates error identification for quick and effective corrective action.
