Circontrol will attend Rencontres Flotauto for the first time
The brand will offer specific charging solutions for EV’s fleets besides its catalogue
On February 6, the Flotauto show will be held in La Villette (Paris), an event specialized in the management of professional vehicles and its mobility solutions. The Salon, which expects to gather more than 200 specialized exhibitors and to offer a 100% professional oriented day, will be the perfect environment for discovering the main trends and innovations of the sector besides attending presentations and workshops and setting successful business relationships.
In this context, Circontrol will present its range of products and charging solutions specially designed for fleets. Among the entire catalog, it stands out the Master-Slave solution, a multipoint charging system designed to minimize the initial investment (CAPEX) and the operating expenses (OPEX) when several chargers are required. This solution is a combination of a Master charger and a set of Slaves controlled by this Master. The whole system works as if all the chargers had smart capabilities even though only the Master has, so that the hardware costs are minimized.
In addition, the Master distributes the available power taking into account the number of charging points in use, reducing the total energy required for the load. Each Master can manage the load and authentication of users of up to 18 charging points, becoming the flagship product for EV fleets. The Master-Slave solution is available both for wall mount chargers, called Wallbox, and for charging posts. Besides, Raption 50, the brand’s main DC charger, can establish Master functions, offering simultaneous DC and AC charging
