Circontrol Expands Its Raption Compact Series with New Models

Circontrol’s Raption Compact 80, 160 and 240 now offer two new models: One with only one connector (CCS) and the other with two connectors (CCS-CHA). With these new models, Circontrol provides a charging solution that delivers maximum available power to a single user. This addition to the current portfolio offers alternative options to meet customers’ charging needs.

Better flexibility and cost-efficiently when two connectors are not needed

The Raption Compact 1xCCS model offers a lower price and reduced operational costs compared to the 2xCCS model, thanks to its simpler design with fewer components. It delivers 100% of the available power—80, 160, or 240 kW, depending on the charger model—allowing faster vehicle charging and increased turnover. Additionally, the absence of a second connector creates more space on the right door for customisation.

This new model on this 80 kW configuration offers a great EV charging solution for fleets, but also for for different types of destinations like supermarkets or parking facilities. Having only one connector allows a better space optimisation.

Raption Compact 160 / 240 1xCCS

Circontrol’s ultra-fast charging stations with 1xCCS models provide an ideal solution for heavy transport fleets. This configuration is also perfect for transit charging segments like EV Charging Hubs or Petrol Stations. The guaranteed maximum available power makes a significant difference in these contexts.
