Circontrol presents its solutions for electric vehicle charging solutions and load management in eCarTec

ECarTec, held in Munich from 18 to October 20th, is the most important fair in Europe dedicated to electric vehicles

ECarTec, the leading trade fair in the world dedicated to electric mobility, was held between October 18 and 20th in Munich. ECarTec Munich covered all issues related to emobility: electric and hybrid vehicles, energy and infrastructure, energy storage engines and finances. In the last edition of the fair there were over 10,000 visitors and nearly 400 exhibitors. Among these visitors are engineers, fleet managers, dealers and highlights and important presence decision makers from public authorities, one of those responsible for the rise of electric vehicles through its policies to promote electric mobility.

The market for electric vehicle charging has grown and changed a lot these last years and in 2016 eCarTec edition, Circontrol has presented its solutions adapted to the current market. “In 2011’s edition we presented our first charger CHAdeMO, and our WallBox and AC type 2 posts. This year, we have presented, with the same enthusiasm, the new DC chargers multi-standard Raption 22, new advanced eStreet posts and new domestic WallBox eHome with advanced systems that ensures the maximum possible charge of VE with power available at all times”, says Hinojo. Through these solutions Circontrol fits markets such as: domestic, workplace, car parks, commercial and public spaces.
In eCarTec, Circontrol has also presented its load management system, an increasingly important idea with the widespread use of electric vehicles. On one hand, Circontrol presented the eHome Beon, a sensor that synchronizes electric vehicle charging with the house dynamically taking the consumption supported by domestic installation as a reference. Finally, we should mention the ‘Dynamic Load Management System’ (DLM), Circontrol’s new load management system for charging electric vehicles simultaneously. The DLM monitors the energy required to charge all the connected electric vehicles and distributes the available energy. In the Premium version it also synchronizes with the energy used by the building and includes bay prioritization.
