Circontrol and Ormazabal gather to create NEXVIA, supplier of integral solutions for EV charging

NEXVIA will install over 200 EV charging points during its first year of activity

NEXVIA, a company dedicated to developing integral solutions for EV charging, sets in motion to provide the infrastructure and technology required to develop electric mobility. Company’s activity will be coordinated from its headquarters in Bizkaia.

The newly created company will install 200 fast and ultrafast EV charging points during its first year of activity. NEXVIA offers turnkey solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure handling the entire project, from the medium voltage connecting substation to the EV charger, all these based on cutting-edge technological solutions.

NEXVIA supplies fast and ultrafast charging stations that will be integrated, flexible and scalable. Besides, it allows to charge every electric vehicle regardless of the grid to which it is connected. Thus, the activity is focused on the development of personalized solutions adapted to new scenarios and future demands of electric vehicle fleets such as power and/or charging infrastructure growth.

This new company starts its activity thanks to the alliance between Ormazabal and Circontrol, leading companies in innovation and technology on electrical grid and electric vehicle charging. Ormazabal, with over 50 years of experience, is one of the most important suppliers of equipment and services for medium voltage grid. Circontrol offers integrated solutions for efficient parking and intelligent EV charging and it’s leader in the design and manufacture of EV chargers.

This is an ambitious project that will facilitate the necessary energy transition. A complex process involving different mobility and electrical grid actors that NEXVIA simplifies through management of specialists that deal with design, project licensing, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning and after-sales service of fast and ultrafast EV chargers.

Attending 5th European Electric Vehicle Congress

NEXVIA will have its coming-out during European Electric Vehicle Congress, that will celebrate its fifth edition on the 23rd and 24th of October at Auditorio Duque de Pastrana in Madrid. The event will bring together the most important actors of a growing sector that will have an opportunity to meet, in situ, the birth of a new company.
