The core of the complex is composed of three independent towers of 55 floors for hotel, topped by a single platform resting on them as an open terrace -of 340 m long and more than one hectare of buildable area – and ending in one of the sides in the largest public cantilevered platform in the world, flying over the north tower about 67 m
