Circontrol’s graphic materials usage requirements

The use of Circontrol’s graphic materials and productions is free for use by all the company’s partners and customers. However, it is subject to a number of conditions necessary for the maintenance of the brand’s style and design guidelines.

Below we will detail the considerations that must be taken into account when using our graphic materials, which include not only pictures provided by Circontrol, but also any type of graphic material. Thus, these guidelines are applicable to technical and promotional materials such as:

• Pictures
• Videos
• Logos
• Technical documents (datasheets, technical texts, usage instructions…)
• Sales documents (leaflets, catalogues, brochures…)

In particular, the following conditions must be respected when using Circontrol’s graphic materials:

• The images cannot be edited or deformed without the express consent of Circontrol. Circontrol will indicate which is the customisable area of the model of each charger, where the interested company can add its own vinyl, logo or corporate identification.
  • In the case of product customisation, Circontrol must appear as the manufacturer of the products by choosing one or more of the following options:
  • Circontrol logo appearing on the product itself.
  • Naming Circontrol as the manufacturer in the text of any publication in which the product appears. In the case of publication on social networks, Circontrol must be tagged.

  • Under no circumstances may the text “Designed by Circontrol” be removed.
• Graphic material should be used ethically and responsibly.
• The Circontrol logo and corporate colour may not be modified, but the black and white version of it may be used.
• Circontrol’s corporate spaces cannot be used to apply other brands, although they can coexist with Circontrol’s brand image.
• Text already present in Circontrol’s corporate materials cannot be modified or removed.
• Headers or footers containing the Circontrol logo or the Circontrol website in a document or artwork cannot be removed.
• Photographs or videos of products installed in real spaces may not be modified.
• Pictures may not be distorted or superimposed on other product pictures.

The customer’s logo in the technical or commercial documentation can be added at the top of the pages, in the same line as the Circontrol logo. Alternatively, it can be added at the bottom of the page.
