Service stations charge


Creating an efficient charging infrastructure is a key issue for electromobility expansion, because according to studies many drivers will start switching to EV when they know there’s a charger at least every 75 miles of driving. Petrol stations will be very important on this because they are already located based on driving patterns. They will be especially necessary in countries where many drivers live in apartments without a private parking and park their cars on the street.

nstalling EV chargers in petrol stations can also become a benefit for companies that operate them. They will be adapting its installations to new regulations that are appearing these days, but they will also offer extra services to their customers. These customers will spend around 20 minuts in these services stations waiting for their vehicles to be charged, and this will increase revenues because they may be spending money in shops and restaurants.
